WHO MAY HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR INFORMATION?
Illumination Studios Paris (ISP): Candidate Information will be shared with individuals within ISP who have a “need to know” the information in connection with the recruitment process including any manager in charge of the recruitment process depending on the job / position concerned.
Illumination US: We may share Candidate Information with Illumination, a group affiliate based in the United States in cases where you also seek for opportunities / jobs in a country outside your country of residence, or in a group company different to the one that is hiring for the role.
Third party service Providers: ISP relies on third party service providers to assist with the recruitment process, including the hosting, storage and organisation of the Candidate Information collected and processed throughout the recruitment process. We do not allow our third party service providers to use your data for any other purpose than those defined under our instructions nor for their own purposes. We only permit them to process it for specified purposes and in accordance with clear instructions and contractual confidentiality requirements.
We do not sell Candidate Data or any other personal information, and in the preceding twelve (12) months, we have not sold any Candidate Information.
Regardless of where they are located, our service providers and group companies are required to take appropriate security measures to protect Candidate Information in line with our privacy and data security standards. For more information on security measures, please see below.
International Transfer: In the scenarios mentioned above, your information may be transferred outside your country of residence for processing, including to countries whose laws are not regarded as providing an adequate level of protection for personal data under your local legislation. Such transfer and processing are subject to local law and, where required, will be subject to your consent. When making international transfers out of the European Union we use standard contractual data protection clauses which have been approved by the European Commission.
